Carousel is back and with some smokin’ hot changes at that!
On this edition of our Makeover Story, we’re taking you on a ride to view some of the exciting new changes at our award-winning buffet restaurant, Carousel!
There’s something about the smoky aroma of grilled marbled meats that really whets our appetites.
And we can’t be more excited to share that Carousel now has a new Churrasco station!
Just watching the delicious flames lick the meats, and the dripping juices of the roast makes our mouths water
But that’s not to say that Carousel’s usual favourites won’t be there -
- We’re still serving up Singapore’s iconic hawker favourite at our Signature Chicken Rice Stall -
- our fresh selection of seafood out front -
- and who could forget our signature dessert, the Bread & Butter Pudding!
Did we forget to introduce our new Garden Desserts station?
Now, you can have your vegetables and eat your cake too!
Remember how we were going on about adding a pop of colour to your stay?
We’re taking that all the way from our funky macarons -
- vibrant mini tarts and cake pops -
- and even our private dining rooms!
There’ll be graphic art murals modelled after Singapore Shophouse Windows
And our Chief Experience Officers at Carousel also got a refreshing change of attire!
We know you can’t wait to see and taste our new changes - we can’t wait to see you too!
