GROW WITH US!

Come join Singapore’s No. 1 Hotel to Work for according to Great Place to Work Singapore (2017), and become part of our dynamic hospitality team. Your career at Royal Plaza on Scotts begins here.

WHAT WE OFFER

Guided by our brand’s values (C.O.L.O.U.R.S) we are mindful of both the needs of our guests and the needs of our employees. We respect our workforce so much so that we owe our successes to our Chief Experience Officers (CEOs) who are at the heart of Royal Plaza on Scotts. In our eyes, each employee is a CEO, and we strongly believe that if we take care of you, you’ll take care of us! Here are some of the award-winning benefits you’ll come to expect when working for Royal Plaza on Scotts:

Workplace

1.Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA): 22 hour weeks on a 5 or 6 day schedule including staggered work hours. Administrative CEOs also get flexible start times.

2.Annual Perfect Attendance rewards for all CEOs who are not absent from work for one complete year, and additional rewards for those who can achieve that for five consecutive years.

3.All CEOs enjoy an additional day off and a complimentary (delicious) treat from Carousel during their birthday month.

4.Extensive flexible benefits that cater to the needs of CEOs and their loved ones.

5.Dedicated restaurant for CEOs providing breakfast, lunch dinner and supper. 2 portions of fruit and vegetables, fresh salad bar, brown rice, oats, milk, free-flow beverages, Lavazza coffee and alkaline water served throughout the day. Takeaway options available (because sometimes we all have to eat at our desks!).

6.Child at Work policy during emergencies where childcare is not readily available. (Or when we want to play with toys instead of working!)

7.Royal Plaza supports all CEOs who wish to pursue further education in their personal time by granting 2 days off per year for examinations.

8.Three half days off in lieu for major festivals celebrated by our CEOs to give them time to prepare for the holiday and send time with loved ones.

Financial

9.CEOs receive a S$20 Fairprice gift voucher every working year anniversary, and a long service award after five years.

10.Enjoy corporate discounted rates with selected merchants when showing a staff pass. Affiliated merchants include Universal Studios, Coffee Bean @ ION, Sweet Heng @ Tangs, etc.

11.Annual corporate entry pass to Singapore Zoo & River Safari for CEOs which includes entry for three (very lucky) guests.

12.Annual children’s education subsidy for children up to 17 years of age for our CEOs’ little ones.

Social

13.Access to State-of-the-art F.I.T. Gym open around the clock for exercise. No gym membership required.

14.Relaxation areas with WIFI hotspots, projector screen with cable TV and OSIM massage chairs to work away that office ache.

Medical

15.Annual flu vaccinations for CEOs who are pregnant or aged 50 years and above. Younger employees (who are fit and firm!) can enjoy special corporate flu vaccination rates with our affiliated doctors.

16.Sick leave does not require a medical certificate if three days or less. We understand a good day of rest beats waiting in queues at a clinic. (We get it, sometimes you just need a day).

17.Complementary health and spinal check-ups as well as a fitness programme (supported by ORBA). Prevention is better than cure!

18.Lactation room for CEOs who are nursing mothers.
