Terms & Conditions

• A confirmed reservation must be made through Royal Plaza on Scotts’ website, room reservations phone line or email to qualify for Best Rate Guarantee.
• The lower rate submitted for comparison must be a publicly available rate on a non-Royal Plaza on Scotts booking channel, excluding opaque websites.
• The lower rate should be made on the same room type, same dates, number of guests, terms and conditions and purchase policies governing the room rate.
  
• Claims must be submitted here within 24 hours of booking on Royal Plaza on Scotts’ booking channel and at least 3 working days prior to arrival. After the claim has been submitted, guest will receive the response within 3 working days.
• The lower rate must be available for booking at the time of verification.
• Rates comparison exclude taxes, gratuities, service charges, fees and incidental charges.
• Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding or differences in the currency exchange rates will not be considered.
• Guarantee does not apply for packages that bundle airfare, car rental, food and beverage and other inclusions with the hotel stay.
• Guarantee does not apply for multi-days stay combining multiple reservations or for partial stay under a single reservation.
• Discounted or negotiated rates that are not available to the general public including corporate, membership, promotional, travel agent, vouchers, groups, pre-paid rates etc. do not qualify under the guarantee.
• Royal Plaza on Scotts reserves the right to amend the offer and terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
