March 2018 SG Arts Events Guide
Friday 09 March, 2018
It's the song you sing in the shower, the snapshot you took at the café, and the cup of coffee you drink to get the day started.
Art. It’s all around you—and its presence is especially apparent in Singapore this March.
Here’s the lowdown on Singapore’s best arts events this month—including a festival to celebrate Singapore’s literature scene, a street party and a free concert in the park!

See the city in a new light as the installations of iLight 2018 paint the town with vibrant hues! Among this year’s 22 installations include showcases by artists from 14 countries, including Singapore.
Besides the installations, festival goers can also feed their tummies (and Instagram) at Gastrobeats, attend workshops and purchase original designs by over 50 makers from Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia at the Market of Artists and Designers (MAAD), or just chill out to the live music at Illumi Bar—the LED pop-up cocktail bar made entirely out of reusable plastic tanks.
